1. Digital Products

All digital products, online courses, workshops, webinars, recordings, downloadable materials, and digital resources are non-refundable once access has been granted.

2. Coaching & Consultation

Appointments may be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Missed appointments without prior notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

3. Refund Requests

Refunds, if applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are solely at the discretion of Yachna Maa.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error, the duplicate payment will be refunded after verification.

5. Cancellation

Yachna Maa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session, event, or program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be informed and suitable alternatives will be provided.
